The attached files feature a protocol in 3 facets featuring an immersive approach to investigations that MA students may benefit from in developing a personal line of investigation, yet communicating at a transpersonal and deep ecological level. The three facets are: 1) Book presentation; 2) Surfaces in group work [QUADs]; 3) Logbook keeping and development. Using a scenographic approach to reading, a cartography pitched by group-work and a theatrical approach to logbooks. The files attached are structured by this 3-partite division. Each contain a skeletal description of the task (a brief), and examples of where the task is performed in its entirety, or in parts. The framework of these protocols: environmental humanities. At the design department the protocol evolves in three stages: MA1 first term, working habits; MA1 second term, experimental practice; MA 2 third term, designing and performing a learning theatre. CASE EXAMPLES in the attached files: 1) Book-presentation—Rasmussen, Hans Hamid. (2022). Elva er et annet sted—Bilder fra tømmerfløting på Glomma. Prestsæter, Ellef (ed.). Prestæter, Anna (design). Göteborgstryckeriet (print). Torpedo Press. 2) QUAD— Samuel Beckett and Bruno Latour. 3) BlackBook—a nature-culture RE-PAIR in Oslo. (The latter hatched by collaboration with Håkon Caspersen, who was teaching BA3 in 2021).en_US
