dc.description.abstract | For the past three years I have been a research fellow at The Academy of Fine Art through the Norwegian Artistic Research Programme. This text accompanies the exhibition "A Box and a Picture" and the book "A Picture and Box", which mark the end of my research project "A Place for Painting". In my work I have been interested in understanding how different geographical places influence the painting process and what this implies for the construction of place in painting. My painting is my research. This critical reflection is an obligatory compliment set out by the Research Programme. | no_NO |
