Sammendrag
Oslo International Acting Festivals theme this year is Nordic Profiles – teachers and stage performers who in various ways reflects Nordic diversity of performative strategies and acting techniques. Both new and more established methods are discussed, ranging from a physical to more textual or spatial oriented approaches. As always there will be conferences, debates and workshops.

Day 2:
-Debate: What is physical and psychological acting?
-Per Nordin: Yat Technique - movement for actors
Day 3:
-Debate: What is the aim of acting education
-Karmenlara Ely and Camilla Eeg-Tverrbakk: Materialist strategies for performers
Day 4:
-Tore Vagn Lid: Acting within new dramaturgical structures
Day 5:
-Ville Sandquist: Intellect and emotions in physical life
-Debate: What acting skills are needed in contemporary theatre
Day 6:
-Debate: What is character in acting?
-Gianluca Iumiento: Interaction technique - Space strategies for actors
Day 7:
-CON TESTO News Theatre
-Øystein Stene: Introduction to the book 'The Art of Acting'
